The training is provided by Artegis for administrators. The total of training hours includes training on-site, phone conferences and videoconferencing.
You will be regularly informed about the remaining time of the training package.
The validity oft the prepaid training package starts at the payment date and last 24 months.
Hotel, meals, travel arrangements & travel time are not included in the package.

Prepaid Regis Support-Package includes 20 % discount:
Support is the support to the event administrators having questions or requiring help. The support is provided by phone or email from 9am to 6pm (CET/Zürich) Monday-Friday on office opening days.
You will be regularly informed about the remaining time of the support package.
