Po number can be entered in the registration form or later in a po number
page. A button can be created for this page. This button is conditional
and visible only to the participants with payment method PO.
The PO is visible in the Invoice with the tag < PO_NUMBER >
The standard tags from Regis, < LAST_NAME >, < FIRST_NAME > etc. can be used in the
information files edited with the online editor. When the page is edited, the enable tag substitution" has to be activated to activated the substitution.
Furthermore tags like < GROUP=1234 > text specifics to a group < /GROUP > can be used in the information files edited online to define sections specifics to a group.
The number 1234 here denote the group id. The exact syntax for the tag can be found in the group corresponding parameter (in configuration, groups, click on the group name. The tags for the group are printed there and can be cut and pasted in the editor )."
One 2 one meeting functionalities have been extended. Please refer to the user guide for more explanations.
The one 2 one principle has been extended to organise also many to many meetings.

Each event can now use custom translations for different parts of Regis. If a translation is not defined in the event, the system value is used and if there is no system value, the default is used.
The template for the list of participants can be copied from one event to another.
In the list of participants click on "click here manage the columns". At the bottom of the page, in the load template section, click on "copy a template from another event". Then select a template of a past event.
A new feature has been developped allowing participants to register and request flight using Regis. The registration data can be exported and using the standard export in Excel and sent to an agency organising the flights. Then the transportation data can be re-imported in Regis in the participants/import section. Its important that the Excel file contains a column containing the confirmation id from the participants.
The waiting list for the activity registrations can be managed more efficiently using the new waiting list tool that is avaliable under configuration/activities/waiting.
Our servers have found a new home. They are now hosted at IXEurope in Geneva. This provides more security for the physical servers themselves or in term of uptime/connectivity values.
The servers are now powered throw two independent UPS protected lines. Two Internet feeds through 4 different Internet providers provide redundency for the server Internet connections.
