REGIS TEMPLATES OPTIONS

Start using the TEMPLATES feature with the basic information you need, for example on a badge or agenda.Recently we have added the ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE template. Available templates:

• Document
• Agenda
• Badge
• Attendance certificate
• Invoice

Open your event and go to templates. Select a template type and click on the top right icon for the download of the predefined template and save it on your computer. The Regis template system is based on docx files! Modify the text, logo and add REGIS specific tags. Save your changes in docx format. Come back to your event and go to templates. Select the template type, for example badge and upload the file. 

Hint: Always run some tests with participants data. Make sure that the look and feel with the participants data reflects exactly what you wish to print, send and distribute.

​REGIS NETWORKING PAGE OPTIONS

Do you really use all options available for the networking page in your events? Have you already discovered the following features:

• Design the look and feel of the displayed information about the participant and company profile on the networking page
• Define date and time for the the automatic closing of the partnering meeting booking area
• Manage booth location and partnering meeting location
• Add the time slot name of the partnering meeting in the context of availability, agenda and my meetings
• Add the option that a meeting is automatically confirmed when requested by a participant
• Allow participants to add meeting attendees to a booked partnering meeting
• Mention in the participants' agenda the free time slots. One-click access for participants to personal meeting agenda in pdf and iCal formats
• ​Export list of participants in Excel, csv file or vCard zipped in the networking tool
